Yes, however your IC score may not be the same as your OOC (which is up to players discretion).
Mods need to have a viable score for Batman OOC so they can assign as realistically as possible when he might die. However, ICly Batman may not want to show his cards, so the player may choose to have him have a lower score when in front of the Gamemakers.
